Performance EDA contains a unique and real-time copper pour algorithm that instantly updates your copper with every boundary change, ploughed track and island created; all whilst you work.

In addition to being able to specify the gap between the copper and its surrounding objects, you can also select variable line widths to create a copper pour that will either flow and hug every subtle contour or a copper pour that will smoothly curve around object outlines whilst maintaining the specified clearance.

Once assigned to a net, copper pour will automatically place thermal connections to the appropriate pads, saving you valuable time and effort.

The end result is a fully configurable copper pour that works the way you want it to and at the same time shows you exactly what the copper will look like when manufacturered.
