Right out the box, Performance EDA supports the design process with an
easy to use project interface. Projects can be created, opened, copied and
deleted from within the main application.
When a project is open, the project toolbox shows a complete list of all
schematic sheets. This means that you can jump to any part of the
design with a single click. Using the same toolbox, you can drag any
sheets circuit onto another; even if it is not part of the project.
If you need to keep production costs down, the project toolbox helps by
showing a list of every component used in the design. You can refer to
this list over and over again in order to use fewer unique component
types. The result is a smaller number of lines and larger quantity
discounts for your purchase department.
Together with an ability to view the netlist, bill of materials, Gerber
output and NC drill files, Performance EDA's project management adds
real value to your design process.
