Customers should report problems through the issue tracking database
When describing a problem, please state the exact operation or the steps required to reproduce it. If the problem only occurs on rare occasion please describe what you were doing when you noticed the problem. Please note that you do not need to specify your hardware configuration if you have done so on a previous occasion and it has not changed.
